Duties

- Greet customers warmly and professionally as they arrive for service appointments or walk-in inquiries
- Listen carefully to customer concerns, accurately document vehicle issues, and ask clarifying questions to understand repair needs
- Prepare detailed work orders by communicating repair estimates and necessary services to technicians
- Explain repair recommendations clearly to customers, highlighting potential upselling opportunities for additional services or maintenance
- Manage cash handling processes, including invoicing and payment collection, ensuring accuracy and security




- Track vehicle progress throughout the repair process, keeping customers informed of status updates
- Assist with sales efforts by promoting recommended services and building rapport to foster repeat business
