At Supreme International, we build equipment that helps keep the agriculture industry moving and behind every successful build is a team making sure the right materials and parts are exactly where they need to be. We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Shipper and Receiver to join our team. If you enjoy staying busy, operating equipment, keeping things organized, and being an essential part of a quick-paced manufacturing environment, this could be the role for you.

As a Shipper and Receiver, you'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse and production operations running smoothly, from receiving incoming materials and managing inventory to preparing shipments and staging parts for production.

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are exactly the same! You will:

- Receive, inspect, count, and accurately document incoming parts, materials, and supplies.
- Prepare, package, and coordinate outgoing shipments.
- Load, unload, move, sort, and organize materials using appropriate material-handling equipment.
- Ensure materials are properly identified, tagged, and tracked.
- Kit and stage parts and materials to support production work orders.
- Assist with inventory counts and investigate discrepancies when things don't add up.
- Inspect materials for damage or defects and report concerns promptly.
- Work with production, purchasing, and other teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Read work orders, parts lists, drawings, and specifications to accurately prepare materials.
- Help maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate equipment safely and report equipment issues or unsafe conditions.
- Assist with continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to make processes safer, smoother,

and more efficient.

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing things right and understands that organization, accuracy, and teamwork make a huge difference.

You ideally have

- A high school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of experience in shipping/receiving, warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, or a similar environment.
- Experience with inventory management and material handling.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep accurate records.
- Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Office and ERP or inventory systems.
- Basic math and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to read and understand work orders, parts lists, drawings, and specifications.
- Mechanical aptitude and an understanding of materials and manufacturing processes.
- The ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You're someone who:

- Takes ownership of your work and follows through.
- Notices when something doesn't look right and isn't afraid to speak up.
- Communicates clearly and works well with others.
- Enjoys staying active and hands-on throughout the day.
- Takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting the job done right.
- Looks for ways to improve processes and solve problems.
- Understands that safety isn't just a rule, it's part of how you work.
- Brings a positive attitude and contributes to a respectful,

team-focused workplace.

Safety Is Part of Everything We Do

This is a safety-sensitive position in an active manufacturing environment. You'll be expected to follow all safety procedures, wear the appropriate PPE, identify and report hazards, and help maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Working Environment

This is an active, hands-on role in a manufacturing environment. You may be exposed to:

- Moving machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Moderate to high noise levels.

- Frequently bend, crouch, kneel, reach, and handle materials.
- Safely climb ladders when required.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Why Join Supreme International?

When you join Supreme, you're joining a team that values Teamwork, Accountability, Communication, Performance, Respect, and Protection. You'll have the opportunity to be part of a hardworking team where your role directly supports production and helps keep our operation moving forward.

If you're organized, dependable, safety-focused, and ready for a hands-on role where every day brings something different, we'd love to hear from you.
