Major Responsibilities:

- Inspect, verify and enter information required for order processing into the system.
- Communicate with customers through appropriate means regarding orders and shipment status.
- Generate shipping documents for orders through multiple carriers.
- Organize and pack shipments according to the specified conditions for daily orders.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation of orders.
- Troubleshoot customs issues as required and keep customer updated.
- Update customers on their shipment status and monitor it until the final destination.




- Track supplies and notify the manager/supervisor when purchasing is necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues or assist customers.
- Other related duties as assigned to support shipping/receiving and operations teams.

Qualifications:

- College degree/diploma or equivalent - chemistry or science degree is an asset.
- Administrative or data entry experience.
- Logistics or international shipping experience including express parcel shipping is an asset.
- Well organized, detail oriented and able to work under strict deadlines.
- High attention to quality and details.
- Able to work in a team and achieve results as a team player.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs (especially Word and Excel).
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Able to successfully pass a background check.
