Rocky Mountain Prefabs is looking for a reliable Shop Labourer / Carpenter Helper to join our team in our Red Deer manufacturing facility.

This position will primarily support our carpenters and construction team while helping keep the shop clean, organized, and running efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Assist carpenters with general construction tasks
- Move and organize materials
- Keep work areas and the shop clean and organized
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Help with framing, finishing, and general prefab construction as required
- Load/unload materials and assist wherever needed in the shop
- Material pickups when required

Requirements:

- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well with a team
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting materials
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools




- Carpentry or construction experience is a major asset
- Valid driver’s licence is required

Compensation:

- $22–$24/hour, depending on experience
- Benefits available after 3 months
- Full-time hours
- Prospect to gain experience working alongside experienced carpenters and grow within the company
