This full-time role is essential for prioritizing daily repairs within our earthworks projects. As the Shop Foreman, you will hold a Red Seal Truck Transport or Heavy Equipment Technician certification.

Your responsibilities include evaluating breakdown urgencies and providing hands-on support for diagnostics while coordinating efforts between technicians and field personnel to facilitate effective operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Assign work orders based on breakdown urgency
- Communicate effectively between shop technicians and field workers
- Deliver diagnosis support and training to mechanics Requirements:
- Valid Red Seal certification in heavy equipment repair
- Class 5 driver’s license required
- Ability to prioritize and adapt workflows under pressure
- Strong communication skills essential for team coordination
