Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will help us deliver reliable winter services that keep operations running smoothly regardless of the weather.

Duties

- Operate tractors with specialized equipment to efficiently clear snow and ice from residential driveways
- Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of machinery to ensure safety and optimal performance
- Perform minor repairs using hand tools and power tools
- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues quickly and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize routes and respond swiftly to changing weather conditions

Qualifications





- Prior experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators or similar construction equipment is preferred
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic repairs on tools and equipment
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in outdoor maintenance tasks
- Construction experience or background in outdoor maintenance is advantageous
- Ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions for extended periods
- Strong attention to safety protocols and environmental considerations
