Our financial services client is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team.

This will be 4x per week onsite in the Queen East area, Toronto.

This will be fulltime hours per week, 12+ months to FTE.

Rate range is $45-55 per hour, T4.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage content calendars and publish content across key platforms.
- Create engaging posts, videos, and campaigns that support brand and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and respond to social media engagement and customer inquiries.
- Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices.
- Ensure all content meets brand, compliance, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of social media management experience, preferably in financial services, banking, insurance, or fintech.
- Robust content creation, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Experience using Sprinklr
- Expertise in social media best practices, trends, and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with paid social advertising and digital marketing analytics.
