We are looking for a Social Worker to join our innovative and dynamic multidisciplinary team of therapists, serving clients within our home care program.

Our clients span across Hastings and Prince Edward Counties, encompassing areas such as Belleville, Picton, Trenton, and Bancroft. Qualifications
- Master's or Bachelor's of Social Work degree (required)
- You must be registered and in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Services Workers (required)
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
