Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage phone systems, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries efficiently
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, appointment scheduling, and filing systems
- Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools to prepare documents, correspondence, and reports
- Handle billing, invoicing, and bookkeeping tasks using Excel, similar accounting software
- All front desk duties such as proofreading, organizing files, and managing paperwork
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing client needs promptly and courteously
- Ensure all phone etiquette standards are met to foster positive communication with clients and vendor.
- Prior office experience with a focus on customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Solid computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry software
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations preferred
- Clerical experience involving filing, proofreading, and organizational tasks essential for smooth daily operations
- Background in Sales is a plus, relevant administrative experience is valued
- Knowledge of bookkeeping is advantageous for handling financial transactions accurately
- Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with strong organizational abilities to manage busy schedules effectively
