The role requires a focus on coaching team members and assisting in their professional development while engaging with internal and external clients Key Responsibilities:
- Provide underwriting expertise in a client-centric environment
- Evaluate and negotiate terms for new and existing policies
- Confirm and analyze claims and loss ratios
- Adjust policies according to underwriting guidelines
- Coach and mentor internal and external business partners Requirements:
- Two years of relevant insurance experience required
- A university degree is mandatory
- Actively pursuing or completed CIP designation
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
