Job Summary:

I am seeking a strong Speech-Language Therapist to join my team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with 2-13 year olds with communication challenges. They should possess strong skills in case management and collaboration skills. Hours can be adaptable to fit your schedule. Hours start at part time and can build to full time if you desire.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct assessments to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with communication disorders.

-Write concise assessment and summary reports.
- Provide speech and language therapy to patients with various conditions such as speech and language delays and disorders, social communication challenges, articulation and motor speech disorders.

-Knowledge in the areas of AAC and teenage populations is beneficial but not required.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive care. My clinic location has a team of other professionals including OT, BT, SLP assistants, PT.



We collaborate with Psychology offices in the area.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies for continued progress.

-Both clinic sessions and home visits required.

Experience:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid provincal license to practice as a Speech Therapist.
- Prior experience with FSCD contracts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively on a multidisciplinary team.

-Drivers license. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90.00-$105.00 per hour
