Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated senior nurse to lead nursing care for a defined caseload, uphold OUH values and evidence-based practice, and act as a role model for the team.
You will work with patients, families and the multi-disciplinary team to ensure timely discharge planning and high standards of care, with opportunities to provide senior nurse cover in the absence of the Sister or Charge Nurse.
