Role: Senior AI Trainer Physicians & Surgeons

Contract: Short-Term, 9 Weeks

Rate: $180 per hour

Location: Remote

Availability: Up to 40 hours per week, with at least 4 hours of overlap with PST

Role Responsibilities

- Develop and review advanced medical and clinical scenarios.
- Create cases involving diagnostic reasoning, differential diagnosis, treatment planning, clinical guidelines, and patient safety.
- Prepare expert-level clinical materials, including management plans, diagnostic workups, consultation notes, treatment protocols, and case studies.
- Review AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, completeness, and practical relevance.
- Analyze patient histories, laboratory findings, imaging results, and clinical symptoms.
- Evaluate alternative diagnostic and treatment approaches.
- Review work against established quality standards and provide detailed clinical feedback.
- Incorporate review feedback and maintain consistency across assigned tasks.

Requirements

- 8+ years of post-residency clinical experience in inpatient, outpatient, or surgical settings.




- Active clinical practice within the last 3 years.
- MD, DO, or equivalent medical qualification, with active or recent specialty board certification.
- Strong expertise in diagnostic reasoning, differential diagnosis, evidence-based treatment planning, medical guidelines, and patient safety.
- Experience developing or reviewing detailed clinical materials such as clinical management plans, diagnostic workups, consultation notes, treatment protocols, or case studies.
- Ability to assess complex clinical scenarios and compare diagnostic or treatment pathways.
- Strong attention to clinical detail and accuracy.
- Transparent written communication skills and the ability to explain clinical reasoning.
- Ability to work independently and apply feedback consistently.
