Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Good Vibe Vapour, Milton's number one vape store! In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist in maintaining the store's appearance while actively engaging with customers to meet their needs and drive sales.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or answering inquiries.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges.
- Handle cashiering duties with accuracy, including processing payments and managing cash drawers.
- Maintain an up to date knowledge on vape products and the industry.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
- Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding products, promotions, and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering calls or addressing customer concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods.

Experience





- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Experience with vape products highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Organizational skills to keep the sales area tidy and well-stocked.
- Sales experience is a plus, particularly in upselling or cross-selling products.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a broader customer base.
