Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Store Clerk / Stocker / Cutter to join our team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail setting, supporting daily store operations, managing stock, and assisting customers. If you’re passionate about food, organized, and enjoy engaging with people, this role is perfect for you!

Duties

- Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are well-organized and fully stocked for customer convenience
- Cut and prepare meat and seafood products following safety and quality standards
- Assist customers by answering questions, providing product recommendations, and offering excellent customer service
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions including cash handling and sales processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area, including refrigeration units and display cases




- Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively to maximize sales potential

Skills

- Multilingual abilities (English and Japanese) are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing, and inventory management
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash register operation for efficient transactions
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain store orderliness
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods
- Customer service orientation with a friendly attitude
