Position Summary

Kris Atelier is seeking an experienced and hands-on Store Manager to lead daily salon/store operations, employee coordination, client experience, sales performance and operational execution.

The successful candidate will combine strong leadership with a high standard of customer service, accountability and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily store and salon operations.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling and operational coverage.
- Supervise, coach and support employees.
- Maintain exceptional client-service and presentation standards.
- Monitor sales, productivity and operational KPIs.
- Support achievement of revenue and business objectives.
- Address customer-service concerns professionally.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training and employee development in coordination with HR.
- Monitor employee attendance and operational performance.
- Escalate employee-relations, accommodation, disciplinary and other HR matters to HR rather than acting outside delegated authority.
- Monitor inventory levels and operational supplies.
- Support purchasing and vendor coordination within approved authority.
- Ensure cash, POS and transaction procedures are followed.
- Support health, safety, sanitation and workplace standards.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented consistently.
- Report operational risks, incidents and control issues promptly.
- Prepare management updates and operational reports.
- Perform other duties reasonably related to the management of the location.

Required Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience in retail,



beauty, salon, hospitality or another customer-facing environment.
- Demonstrated people-leadership ability.
- Strong customer-service skills.
- Strong organizational and scheduling capability.
- Ability to manage competing operational priorities.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Comfortable working with POS, scheduling and business-management systems.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on operational requirements.
- Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous beauty, salon, spa, luxury retail or personal-services management experience.
- Experience managing KPIs, sales targets and employee productivity.
- Experience coaching and developing employees.
- Experience with inventory management and operational controls.

Canadian experience is not required.

Schedule

Full-time schedule. Availability may include:

- Weekdays
- Evenings
- Weekends
