The Prospect

MeetArrive is looking for confident and motivated individuals to help increase awareness of our downtown Toronto meeting and event venue.

This position is a flexible, contract-based opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in gaining practical experience in sales, business development, marketing, hospitality or entrepreneurship.

MeetArrive has already identified more than 5,000 companies within a one-kilometre radius of our venue at 150 York Street. Each representative will receive an assigned list of businesses to visit.

What You Will Gain

This role provides hands-on experience in:

- Prospecting and business development
- Communicating with business professionals and decision-makers
- Generating qualified leads, meetings and bookings
- Managing an assigned sales territory
- Tracking activity and maintaining accurate lead information

MeetArrive will provide an orientation session, sales materials, an assigned prospect list, and ongoing support throughout the engagement.

Contract Details

- Flexible hours, September 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 engagement with the possibility of renewal
- Must be available for sales calls during weekday business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)
- Assigned territory within approximately one kilometre of 150 York Street
- Payments are calculated and issued weekly
- This role will require long periods of walking and being on your feet. The role requires folks to engage in person and cannot be done remotely.

Illustrative Weekly Earnings A week (approximately 15-20 hours) earn a candidate:

- 15 hours x $20.00 hourly rate = $300.00
- 7 qualified leads = $140.00

Illustrative total earnings: $440.00 (hourly wage of $29.30 for 15 hours)

Compensation Structure

You have the potential to earn:

- Guaranteed base pay of $20.00 per hour




- $20.00 bonus for every verified lead
- An additional $100.00 each time you deliver 25 leads (cumulatively)

How It Works

- Visit the businesses assigned to you.
- Introduce MeetArrive and leave a promotional pamphlet.
- Identify and connect with the person responsible for booking meetings, events or corporate gatherings.
- Collect and record their contact information in the shared spreadsheet. A clear photo of their business card may also be submitted.
- Send a daily progress report outlining the number of businesses visited and leads generated.

What Is a Verified Lead? A verified lead must include:

- First and last name
- Company and job title
- Valid email address and/or phone number

Incomplete, duplicate or inaccurate leads will not qualify for bonus payment. Who We Are Looking For
