We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying staffing needs through to onboarding recent hires. The successful candidate will play a key role in attracting, assessing, and selecting high-quality talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience that reflects our organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for a varied portfolio of positions, from sourcing to hire.
- Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Write and post compelling job advertisements across appropriate platforms (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proactively source active and passive candidates using a range of search techniques and tools.
- Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with relevant teams.
- Maintain diligent candidate follow-up throughout the process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Negotiate job offers and coordinate the reference and background check process.
- Keep the applicant tracking system (ATS)



up to date and produce reports on recruitment metrics.
- Participate in job fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- College diploma or university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of recruitment experience in corporate setting, with focus on professionals and shared services roles.
- Experience in full recruitment cycle.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, social media, resume databases).
- Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both French and English.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of employment laws and standards applicable to recruitment.
- Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools.
