Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Vancouver, BC. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions across multiple departments. The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and maintain consistent, inclusive hiring practices.





Daily activities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, promoting DelGate’s employer brand across online and offline channels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, updating applicant records in HR systems, and contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition strategies.

- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess Hiring and Interviewing skills to evaluate candidates and support effective selection decisions.
- Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to promote DelGate as an attractive, inclusive workplace.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and social media platforms for recruitment.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Canadian employment standards and best practices in equitable, non-discriminatory hiring.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience recruiting in logistics, supply chain, or related industries is an asset.
