What You'll Do

- Design and execute proactive recruiting strategies tailored to Sales & Operations hiring needs
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit using proven selection methods
- Partner with leadership to forecast and plan monthly/annual hiring needs
- Represent the organization's employer brand and culture of excellence in every candidate interaction
- Build and nurture a talent pipeline for future opportunities
- Track and report on recruiting metrics to continuously improve the hiring process
- Support onboarding, training,



and development initiatives for new hires

Requirements

What You Bring

- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within sales or a high-volume environment
- Confidence sourcing candidates through social media, job boards, and networking
- Familiarity with sales performance metrics as part of your hiring criteria
- Experience with a range of selection tools, including phone/video interviews and reference checks
- Strong working knowledge of ATS/CMS platforms
- Hands-on experience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and the DAWN job app
- Comfortable representing the organization at job fairs and hiring events
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word), Teams, and Google Meet
- Experience using Criteria or similar candidate assessment tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, get-it-done attitude
- CHRP designation is an asset
