Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a skilled manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of food products
- Use basic math skills to handle cash transactions and provide accurate change
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Able to follow all check lists provided in daily tasks
- Contribute to reach and surpass store goals -Able to work in a team setting as well as independtly

-Understanding and following all policy and procedures, including but not limited to health and safety

-Willingness to learn and continue to learn

-Effective listening, written and verbal communication

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred




- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner -Food Safety Certificate MUST be obtained within 30 days of hire

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and providing accurate change
