Position Details:

Title: Technical Business Analyst_Capital Markets

Duration: 6-month contract + opportunity to extend

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 4 day's in office)

Start Date: ASAP

Compensation: $90-$95/hour

Must-Haves:

- 5-8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst within Capital Markets or Treasury environments.
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience in collateral management (preferably migration or integration projects).
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and collateral management processes (margining, settlements, optimization).
- Advanced SQL skills (joins, subqueries, group by) for data validation and analysis.
- Proven experience acting as a Scrum Master or Project Manager, managing sprint cycles and backlog prioritization.
- Ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experience in data migration projects and working closely with developers.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - able to work directly with business users.

Nice-to-Haves / Preferences:

- Exposure to Treasury/Trading systems, risk engines, or collateral platforms.




- Agile certification (CSM, PSM).
- Familiarity with data product review and governance practices.
- Experience balancing both BA and PM responsibilities.
