We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with 20+ years of enterprise application development experience and strong expertise in the Microsoft technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical design, solution architecture, and hands-on development.
- Develop scalable applications using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and WCF.
- Design and integrate secure, high-performance APIs and enterprise services.
- Lead application modernization and migration from legacy/monolithic systems to service-based architectures.
- Work with Azure and Azure DevOps to support cloud modernization, CI/CD, and deployment automation.
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce development best practices.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, QA, business teams, and project managers.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical planning, estimation, and risk management.
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.




- Leverage AI-assisted engineering tools for code analysis, debugging, documentation, defect investigation, and productivity.

Required Skills
- 20+ years of overall IT experience
- Solid C# / .NET / .NET Core development experience
- ASP.NET MVC, Web API, WCF
- Strong enterprise application and API development experience
- Azure & Azure DevOps
- CI/CD and deployment automation
- Application modernization and service-based architecture
- Technical leadership and team mentoring
- Strong client/stakeholder communication
- Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools is preferred
- Banking, Insurance, Retail, or Financial Services experience is an asset
