Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Strategic Project Lead, Coding/SWE to work on a full-time basis. This role drives the planning, execution, and delivery of software engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical excellence. The position requires oversight of cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end software engineering projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
- Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define project scope, milestones, and success criteria.
- Oversee resource allocation, risk management, and dependency resolution across technical and non-technical teams.
- Implement agile methodologies to streamline workflows and improve team productivity.
- Monitor project health through KPIs, reporting progress to leadership and adjusting strategies as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Experience leading software engineering projects with a track record of delivery in complex environments.
- Proficiency in project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Robust technical background in software development or engineering, with exposure to coding best practices.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable project plans.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge gaps between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
