Responsibilities

- Install, repair, and replace tires using hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
- Perform routine oil changes and fluid top-offs in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues or maintenance needs
- Rotate and balance tires to ensure optimal vehicle performance and safety
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and properly dispose of used parts and fluids
- Assist customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs




- Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic vehicle problems and support more complex repairs as needed

Skills

- Prior dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during tire installation or maintenance tasks
- Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients
- Familiarity with automotive maintenance procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic sales skills to recommend additional services that benefit the customer’s vehicle health
