Duties

- Safely operate tow trucks and related equipment to recover, tow, and transport vehicles of all types and sizes.
- Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks, ensuring they are mechanically sound and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist customers with vehicle issues by providing professional support and clear communication during roadside incidents.
- Use mechanical knowledge and automotive repair skills to troubleshoot minor vehicle problems on-site or during transport.
- Maintain accurate logs of all towing activities, including details of the vehicle, location, and service performed.




- Follow all safety protocols and traffic laws while operating commercial vehicles in various environments.
- Coordinate with dispatch teams to prioritize jobs efficiently and ensure timely service delivery.

Experience

- Proven experience operating tow trucks or similar commercial vehicles with a valid driver’s license.
- Solid mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and automotive repair techniques.
- Customer service experience demonstrating professionalism, patience, and clear communication skills.
- Certification in forklift operation is a plus, showcasing versatility in handling different equipment types.
- Knowledge of traffic regulations and safety standards related to commercial driving.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, securing vehicles, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
