Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Advise on legal risks and compliance issues in transactional matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Licensed attorney in good standing with relevant jurisdiction(s).




- Experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
- Knowledge of corporate and transactional law principles.
- Ability to assess legal risks and propose practical solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical reasoning skills.
