- Role : Travel Operations Specialist (Remote)

Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Travel Operations Expert to work on a contract basis. The role involves managing travel logistics, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring seamless travel arrangements for clients. You will handle booking confirmations, itinerary adjustments, and real-time support to resolve travel-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Coordinate with travel suppliers to confirm bookings, updates, and cancellations in a timely manner.
- Resolve travel disruptions such as delays, cancellations, or missed connections with proactive solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of travel itineraries, expenses, and client preferences for future reference.
- Provide real-time assistance to travelers via phone, email, or chat to address urgent concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel operations, customer service,



or related field.
- Proficiency in using travel booking platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, or similar systems.
- Solid multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize urgent requests.
- Excellent communication skills in English with fluency in additional languages considered a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support global travel needs.
