Duties

- Welcome patients with a warm, friendly demeanor and guide them through their Invisalign treatment options.
- Educate patients on the Invisalign process, including expectations, treatment timelines, and care instructions.
- Coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits to ensure seamless patient experiences.
- Assist in gathering and reviewing medical histories, ensuring accurate documentation within electronic medical records systems.




- Collaborate with the dental team to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Manage patient inquiries promptly, providing clear explanations about Invisalign procedures and financing options.
- Maintain organized records of patient progress, treatment plans, and communication logs in compliance with privacy regulations.

Experience

- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Dentrix is an asset
- Previous dental office experience focusing on Invisalign or orthodontics is a plus; training will be provided for the right candidate.
