We’re a busy specialist practice in oral surgery, dental implants, and periodontics, and we’re looking for a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This is a rewarding role for someone who loves connecting with patients and keeping a fast-paced office running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Be the friendly first point of contact for patients navigating their care
- Guide patients through treatment plans, financing, and scheduling
- Coordinate closely with our surgical and administrative team
- Manage follow-ups, consultations, and case presentations
What we’re looking for
- Solid communication and organizational skills
- Dental/medical office experience an asset (treatment coordination, front desk, or clinical background)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, patient-centred environment

- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
