Muskoka Lakes Golf & Country Club, located in the heart of cottage country on beautiful Lake Rosseau, in Port Carling, Ontario. Established in 1919, this private, family-oriented Club boasts a rich history of tradition and is ranked #100 as one of Canada Best Golf Courses. The scenic 18-hole course was designed by the renowned Stanley Thompson, one of the world’s classic golf course architects.

MLGCC also provides full Country Club offerings with clay tennis courts, pickleball courts, sailing and swimming programs throughout the summer season along with our exciting Junior programs.

We are seeking enthusiastic team members for our 2026 Golf Course Turf Maintenance Team.

Work Responsibilities Include:

- Mowing of Greens, Tees, Fairways, and Roughs.
- Bunker raking and maintenance.
- Line trimming and Fly-Mow grooming.
- Utilizing a backpack blower to clear leaves and debris.
- Course set-up pin placement, moving tee blocks, divot repair and waste collection.
- Participate in turfgrass topdressing and aerification procedures.
- Assist with tree and garden maintenance.
- Seeding and sodding projects as needed.
- Hand watering of turf and gardens

Qualifications · Punctuality. Arrival on time for early morning starts.

· Must have reliable transportation.

· Attention to detail to deliver superior course conditions.

· Work well in a fun, fast-paced team-oriented environment.

· Ability to work outdoors in wide-ranging weather conditions.

· Capable of handling moderate physical demands, i.e.: lifting up to 50+/- lbs.

· Previous Golf Course experience as an asset but not necessary.

· Valid drivers' license.
