About the Role

UniPathway Lab is looking for a confident, creative, and social-media-savvy UGC Creator & Instagram Content Specialist to produce engaging videos that connect naturally with our audience and strengthen our online presence.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking and performing in front of the camera, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and know how to create Instagram content that generates views, likes, and followers.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging UGC-style videos for Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms.
- Confidently appear on camera and represent UniPathway Lab in a professional, relatable, and authentic manner.
- Present course information and career opportunities in a clear, engaging, and easy-to-understand way.
- Stay updated on Instagram trends, algorithm changes, trending audio, viral formats, and content best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a consistent content calendar.
- Ensure all content follows UniPathway Lab’s brand identity, messaging, and quality standards.
- Complete content assignments within the required deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong confidence and natural presence in front of the camera.
- Proven experience creating UGC, Instagram Reels, or other short-form video content.




- Excellent understanding of Instagram content strategy, trends, audience behaviour, and engagement techniques.
- Ability to communicate naturally without sounding overly scripted.
- Robust storytelling, presentation, scripting, and creative-thinking skills.
- Ability to record high-quality videos using a smartphone, camera, microphone, and basic lighting equipment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, accept feedback, and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or links to previous on-camera content are required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience creating content for education, career training, immigration, or professional-service brands.
