Job Title: UI Developer (React)
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 4 days onsite in a week)
Required Skills
- Designing, developing, and deploying robust and scalable front-end solutions using React.
- Building reusable, maintainable component libraries aligned with design system standards and best practices
- Working collaboratively within an Agile team, participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and driving front-end best practices across the team
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Familiarity with RxJS, Signals, and reactive programming patterns
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
