This role demands effective team management and attention to GMP compliance. You will coordinate equipment usage and materials, while promoting open communication and quality assurance throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train assembly line personnel
- Monitor and improve production efficiency continuously
- Reconcile stock and components after each shift
- Communicate quality issues to inspectors promptly
- Maintain a clean and safe working setting

Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience with packaging equipment preferred
- One to two years in food, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic packaging
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS software
- Capable of lifting up to 50lbs regularly
