Duties

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with vehicle parking, ensuring a positive first impression
- Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including luxury or dealership cars, with precision and care
- Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request, delivering them efficiently to designated areas
- Maintain clear communication with guests and team members to coordinate vehicle movements seamlessly
- Handle cash transactions accurately when applicable, such as valet fees or tips
- Assist with guest inquiries, providing information about services or directions as needed
- Uphold safety protocols at all times,



including proper vehicle handling and adherence to traffic regulations

Qualifications

- Prior dealership or valet experience is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with vehicle operations and customer service standards
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly, professional attitude that enhances the guest experience
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests
- Background in hospitality or customer service roles that require active engagement and positive interactions
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate various vehicle types confidently
