Duties

- Safely operate a commercial van to deliver small to medium sized packages to customers and business locations across designated routes
- Load and unload items with care, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment when necessary
- Ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete, and on schedule by verifying orders
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve issues promptly




- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to maintain safety standards and report any maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously

Skills

- Solid communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Prior warehouse experience is beneficial for understanding safety operating procedures
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license or equivalent driving certification required for operating delivery vehicles
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate deliveries
