The VP Internal is responsible for the mentee-facing side of the Executive Mentorship Program, including mentee recruitment, selection, matching, and ongoing engagement throughout the program year.

Time Committment5–7 hours per week during regular program periods; 8–10 hours per week during peak periods (September launch and April Gala).
Terms of EmploymentAugust 2026 – April 2027
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the mentee application, screening, and interview process
- Oversee mentor–mentee matching across all pairs
- Coordinate monthly check-ins and pulse surveys
- Execute the re-match protocol when needed
- Manage the mentor waitlist
- Support retention and engagement systems throughout the year
Qualifications
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Empathetic communicator comfortable with 1:1 interactions
- Comfort with spreadsheets and tracking tools
- Interest in mentorship, program design, or people operations
