We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vinyl Decking Installer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing durable and attractive vinyl decking solutions that enhance outdoor living spaces.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and prepare vinyl decking materials accurately according to project specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to install vinyl decking, ensuring a high-quality finish
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying necessary adhesives etc.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining safety standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience with construction projects, particularly in decking installation (preferred but not necessary)
- Skilled in using hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, and measuring devices
- Familiarity with caulking techniques to seal joints and prevent water intrusion
- Handyman experience or general construction background is highly desirable
