Role Overview

We are seeking reliable and community-minded volunteer drivers to help participants access our programs in Sarnia.

This role plays a key part in supporting individuals who may not otherwise have access to transportation, allowing them to participate in meaningful, skill-building experiences within their community.

Responsibilities

- Pick up participants from locations within Lambton County
- Transport participants to Sarnia for scheduled 3-hour sessions
- Return participants safely to their original location
- Provide a respectful, supportive, and safe environment during transport

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving abstract (cost reimbursed)
- Proof of valid auto insurance with a minimum of $2,000,000 liability




- Vulnerable Sector Check (cost reimbursed)
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable interacting with individuals with diverse needs

Additional Information

- This is a volunteer position
- Occasional gas cards may be provided as a token of appreciation
- Scheduling is flexible based on availability
