Canadian Legacy Project is seeking two new members for our board of directors.
About Us:
The Canadian Legacy Project was formed in 2008 with the dual goals of supporting Canadian Veterans in their time of need and advocating on their behalf. As a registered charity, the organization’s mission is to develop and fund programs not currently offered or sufficiently supported by Veterans Affairs. In addition, the Canadian Legacy Project works to recognize and celebrate the sacrifices of Canadian Veterans, while educating the public about their service to the country.
We are currently seeking two current board members: a Treasurer and a Veteran with previous experience on nonprofit boards. These positions for our governance board are volunteer-based with a two-year commitment. Our meetings are typically held quarterly and conducted online.
