I’m looking for a key person to help build the next phase of The Merch Doctor.

We’re a growing custom merchandise company working with major brands, and we’re now looking for a VP - Senior Growth Manager to work directly alongside me.

This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants to join a small, agile team of 4 with a high-growth trajectory. You’ll wear different hats, solve new problems daily and essentially ride shotgun as we scale the company.

We’re looking for someone with:

- 3–5 years of experience within the promotional products distributor or supplier landscape
- Solid knowledge of the domestic supplier network (I’ll personally teach you the overseas product development component)




- The ability and ambition to lead a team (with the medium-to-long-term goal of building account managers underneath you)
- Nice to have: Industry CRM experience is a strong advantage, particularly CommonSKU
- Most importantly, someone who is a genuinely good human with a growth mindset

This isn’t a traditional account-management position. It’s an opportunity to become a central part of the business, take real ownership and grow into a leadership role as the company expands.
