Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team in Calgary, AB. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations within our transportation and logistics warehouse. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, coordinating shipments. Work Schedule
Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
· First point of contact with visitors.
· Manage and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
· Coordinate and schedule deliveries and shipments to ensure timely operations.
· Process and track inventory levels, performing regular audits to maintain accuracy.
· Prepare shipping and receiving documentation, including invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders.
· Assist in maintaining a clean, organized and efficient warehouse environment.
· Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
· Communicate with vendors, suppliers,
and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth workflow.
· Utilize warehouse management software and other systems to input and retrieve data.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
· Assist with loading and unloading trucks and other physical tasks, including lifting and moving items weighing 75+ lbs, as needed.
· Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality to support seamless warehouse operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Previous experience in a warehouse administrative or logistics support role preferred.
· Strong organizational, multitasking abilities and time management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and warehouse management systems.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
· Forklift experience would be an asset
· Self-starter, takes initiative

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
