We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in our refrigerated produce warehouse. In this role, you will handle the receipt, storage, and shipment of fresh fruits and vegetables. The ideal candidate has general warehouse experience and is comfortable working in a cold environment (34°F to 45°F / 1°C to 7°C). This position requires a flexible schedule between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM, including mandatory Sunday shifts.Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming shipments of fresh produce and inspect for quality.
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on invoices or digital pick tickets.
- Operate warehouse machinery safely after completing our hands-on training program.
- Rotate inventory using the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) method to ensure freshness.
- Load and unload trucks using manual or motorized equipment.
- Follow food safety and workplace health guidelines strictly.

Qualifications & Skills





- 1+ years of general warehouse experience (experience with perishables is a plus).
- Open availability to work shifts ranging from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, including Sundays.
- Willingness to learn and get certified on warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Comfort working in cold temperatures for the duration of the shift.
- Robust attention to detail to spot damaged or spoiled goods.
