We are hiring for an existing vacancy and are seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our growing team.

Location: On-site | 88 Fulton Way, Richmond Hill, ON

Type: Full-Time | Salary + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Time Off

Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor

Salary Range: $45,000 minimum to $52,000 maximum (Salary is based upon candidate’s experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations).

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support the efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse. This role involves loading and unloading shipments, organizing inventory, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. The Warehouse Operator plays a key role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and supporting overall supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general warehouse functions: picking and packing, shipping and receiving, loading, unloading and wrapping goods
- Inspect all goods and verify the accuracy of shipment and associated documentation
- Assist in the coordination of the RMA process
- Ensure work setting is always organized and clean
- Work in a safer manner by adhering to the established safety standards of the organization
- Assist in a variety of departmental tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous work experience in a warehouse position
- Having a valid forklift license will be an asset
- Physical Requirements: Candidates must be physically capable of lifting, carrying, and handling goods weighing up to 20 kg (44 lbs.).
- Good communication skills; fluent language skills in English and Chinese
- Computer literacy, including working skills with Microsoft Office and the internet
- Safety-oriented team player with the ability to manage work processes
- A basic understanding of IT products, inventory, and RMA procedures is an asset
