The bigger picture:
We are looking for a detail-oriented team player to come on board as a Wealth Associate or Senior Wealth Associate in Regina. In this role, you will be providing administrative and office support for Advisor(s) practices to enable them to achieve sales and service goals.
How you’ll spend your time:
- Providing administrative support including the management of client files and accounts, meeting preparation, report generation and research assistance.
- Partnering with the Advisors to understand the business goals and support the execution of their business plan.
- Building strong relationships with clients to deliver a high-quality client experience
- Developing and maintaining trusted relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Maintaining compliant client information within our CRM and Analytic systems, ensuring all interactions meet legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements.

Utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills, you develop relationships with your colleagues and clients. The experience you bring:
- Experience in customer service and/or providing administrative support
- Post-secondary education in finance, business, commerce or a related field is an asset
- Experience in the financial industry, insurance or wealth industry is an asset
- CIRO license is required for the Senior position
- CRM experience is an asset
- Demonstrated partnership and business building activities
- Demonstrated proactive approach to business
Salary Range: Wealth Associate $44,749 - $55,937 with 10% Short Term Incentive Target
Senior Wealth Associate $55,939 - $69,923 with 10% Short Term Incentive Target The Senior level of the Wealth Associate role is determined by factors such as licensing, years of experience, etc.
