- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Provide recommendations and answer any menu-related questions.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables throughout the meal.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with kitchen to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a server role is a mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
