Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Weekend Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team during weekends. This role is vital in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for our guests and staff. As a supervisor, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure high standards of cleanliness, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional hospitality service.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate weekend housekeeping activities to ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and thoroughly.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and hospitality standards.
- Conduct inspections of cleaned guest rooms to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.
- Assign tasks to team members based on priorities and monitor progress throughout shifts.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used properly, maintained, and stocked as needed.
- Promote a positive team environment by motivating staff, recognizing achievements, and addressing any performance issues promptly.




- Collaborate with management to develop schedules, implement procedures, and improve overall service delivery.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in cleaning services, hotel housekeeping, or custodial roles with a strong understanding of cleaning protocols.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in hospitality or industrial cleaning environments preferred.
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including industrial cleaning methods.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead a team and coordinate with other departments.
- Ability to work weekends consistently and adapt to flexible scheduling needs.
- Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
