F&D; Scene Changes is looking for a full time Welder/Fabricator.

Celebrating over 40 years, F&D; Scene Changes Ltd. has been internationally recognized for our talent in transforming our clients’ ideas into reality. Our projects range from theatrical scenery, television and film to theme park elements, museum exhibits, and trade show and retail displays. We have fabricated and installed our products throughout North America and internationally for various clients such as Cirque du Soleil, Universal Studios, Disney, The Centre Theatre Group, Netflix, HBO, PepsiCo and many other large entertainment clients internationally.

Our projects are highly specialized and our scope often falls outside of a typical welding skillset due to the high degree of customization.





We are searching for WELDER FABRICATORS with the following abilities:

- Reading and interpreting drawings
- Material preparation including prepping, cutting and grinding
- Material handling and heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs
- Correctly welding pieces of metal together (MIG, TIG)
- Assembly and fit-up within precise tolerances, producing work that is consistently accurate
- Quality control, ensures processes are followed for a standard work process on unique components
- Maintaining Equipment and keeping workspaces clean
- Upholding safe work practices for yourself and those around you

This is a physically demanding role that will require frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting (essential functions of this role). The employee will be working indoors in an industrial fabrication facility where they will be required to wear hearing protection and other PPE.
