Full-time | Retail Sales | Base Pay ($16) + Bonuses (upto 40k-50k/year in total compensation when you hit sales targets)

We're looking for a high-energy Wireless Sales Representative to join our Chatr retail team in Calgary.

This is not a sit-back-and-wait-for-customers job. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, identifying what they need, recommending the right products, and closing sales.

What you'll be doing

- Greet and engage customers entering the store
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning
- Sell wireless plans, smartphones, accessories and additional products
- Recommend and sell higher-value plans
- Generate new activations and drive customer acquisition
- Increase sales through upselling and cross-selling
- Promote available offers effectively
- Handle customer objections and confidently close sales
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain excellent customer service while achieving sales results
- Complete transactions accurately and follow company procedures
- Keep the store organized, professional and ready for customers
- Stay up to date on current promotions, plans and products

Previous wireless experience is an asset but is NOT required. We would rather hire someone with strong sales ability and the right attitude than someone with years of retail experience who doesn't enjoy selling.
