Your role is essential in delivering programs that nurture children’s growth and wellness. As a casual, on-call leader, you will engage with children aged 5 to 12, offering individualized support and programming aligned with YMCA standards. Work alongside a dedicated team to create a nurturing space where children can thrive and develop under your guidance.

This position involves various responsibilities from implementing activities to maintaining a clean and safe program environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and lead fun, inclusive activities for children
- Ensure supervision and safety compliance during programming
- Support recent staff with mentorship and training
- Create positive relationships within the community
- Prepare healthy snacks and maintain daily program upkeep Requirements:
- Minimum age of 19
- Proven experience with children ages 5-12
- Confident in leading programs and activities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
